Medicare:

Starting October 1st, 2024, I am going to become opt out with Medicare. I enjoy seeing you and would like to continue seeing you and have therefore created what I consider a reasonable fee schedule:

If you are 87 or older at the time of your appointment and you have been my patient before October 1st, 2024, you can pay whatever you can afford. We want to make sure you do not need to change your doctor in case of financial hardship.

If you need a revision surgery of a surgery I performed between October 2017 and October 2024 OR if you have a recalled implant, you can also pay whatever you can afford.

If you have been our patient before October 1st, 2024, we will offer reduced rates. Established patients and new patients please contact the office at or email [javascript protected email address] for details.

If you undergo surgery your surgical fee will include postoperative office visits within 3 months of the surgery. In addition, your surgical fee will include my fees for the unusual event that I have to perform a revision surgery *of my initial surgery within 5 years*.

We love treating you and hope that you continue to trust us with your care.
